Our services include pre-event cleaning, where we will thoroughly clean and prepare the venue before the event starts. This includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces to create a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. During the event, our cleaning crew will be discreetly present to handle any spills, accidents, or cleaning needs that may arise. We will promptly address any messes, restock supplies, and ensure that restrooms remain clean and well-maintained. After the event, our team will conduct a thorough post-event cleaning to restore the venue to its original condition. We will remove any decorations, dispose of trash, and perform a deep cleaning to ensure that the space is left immaculate. By entrusting your special event cleaning to us, you can focus on enjoying your occasion without worrying about the cleanliness and tidiness of the venue. Cancellation Policy
Dirty Dawgs Cleaning LLC Last Updated: March 1, 2024 By agreeing to our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Communication: Contact us at 603-581-8409 Or 603-241-1326 for questions or concerns. Ensure your ready before our arrival. Preparation: -Notify guests of our arrival. -Inform us of any unknown persons in your home. -Have pets secured or outside during cleaning. Travel Fees: -For distances over 30 miles, a fee of $0.67 per mile applies. Payment: -Payment is due in full upon booking. -Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit, Cash, Venmo. -A 3% fee applies to credit card payments. Cancellation Policy: -Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice. -No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full service fee. -Exceptions may be made for emergencies. Satisfaction Guarantee: -If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours. We'll re-clean the area at no additional charge. -Photos may be required for verification. Additional Policies: -We do not handle animal or human waste. -Infestations may prevent cleaning until mitigated. -We do not remove excess mold or mildew. -Avoid smoking indoors during cleaning. -We take before/after photos for training and promotion. -Our teams are quality inspected. -Do not solicit our employees for personal services. Referral Program: -Earn $15 for each friend you refer. -Referrals must book and pay for a cleaning service. Please note: -Our hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. -Lockouts may result in cancellation fees. -We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time. -We do not accept checks. -Tips are appreciated but not required. -We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.
